Florida Real Estate License Holding Company

What's Included with NextPath Realty

A traditional brokerage in Florida comes with MLS dues, NAR® membership, local board fees, and monthly overhead — whether you’re closing deals or not. For a sales associate or broker associate who isn’t actively selling, that adds up quickly for very little return.

Is a Florida License Holding Company Right for You?

Career Changers

You left real estate but want to keep your Florida license active in case the right opportunity comes along.

Dual-Career Agents

You work full-time in another field and only do occasional referrals on the side.

New Licensees

You passed your exam but aren’t ready to commit to a traditional brokerage.

Retiring Brokers

You’re winding down your career but want to stay licensed for the occasional referral.

Between Brokerages

You’re in transition and need a low-cost place to park your license while you decide.

If you hold a Florida real estate license but aren’t actively selling, a license holding company keeps your license active — without the cost and overhead of a traditional brokerage.
